There is no restriction on the number of users accessing Tally data. You can see the users list accessing your Tally data on TallyDekho desktop app, controlled by you(admin). You can 'Block' a user if you don't want the user to access the data anymore.
In below picture, Samsung 2010, Nokia C15, Samsung J2, Redmi E2 are the users accessing Tally data.
