Yes, on TallyDekho desktop app you can enable auto sync option.
On right side,click on 'Edit' option and check box 'Auto Sync Interval' then set the time(in minutes) for auto syncing.
(Minimum time is 10 minutes)
Click on 'Save' to set auto sync setting.
